What we cannot help with
We are not Olymp Trade and we have no access to your account. Anything to do with your balance, your identity verification, a deposit, a withdrawal or a stuck trade has to go to the platform's own support channel — we cannot see it, unlock it, or escalate it for you. Please never send us passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or identity documents. If a message contains them, we delete it unread.
Writing a message that gets a useful answer
- Name the page you are asking about, or paste its address.
- Say what you expected and what you saw instead.
- Mention the device and whether you were on the web platform, the desktop client or the mobile app — a lot of demo questions turn out to be interface questions.
The desk is small and replies are written by a person, not a queue system, so allow a few working days. Corrections jump the line.
